ELEMENTATTRS returns the string attribute value of the specified element of a dimension.
What is the syntax for ELEMENTATTRS?
ElementAttrS(dimension, hierarchy, element, attribute)
Dimension = Dimension name.
Hierarchy = The name of the hierarchy.
Element = The name of the element within dimension.
Attribute = Attribute name which we want to retrieve.
