What is the syntax for SubsetIsAllSet?
SubsetIsAllSet(DimName, SubName, Flag);
DimName = Name of the Dimension the subset is in.
SubName = Name of the public subset.
Flag = To set subset properties; 1 to set subset properties to use all the elements of the dimension and 0 to set this property off.
